When are tryouts?

February 5^th, 12^th,19^th

When does the season start?  

Practices begin in June and games typically begin mid to late June 

When does the season end?

The season usually wraps up the last weekend of July.  Occasionally there will be a game the first weekend of August. 

How many practices a week?

Super Y teams train two times a week 

Are games on the weekends?

Games are on the weekends.  The only reason there would be a mid week game is due to a make-up.  

Are the games far away?

Games last year were in Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Arlington County and Montgomery County MD.  

Is there a post season tournament?

If your team finishes first place in the league then they will qualify for nationals.  Nationals is typically in December in Florida. 

What is the cost?

$425 per player

Do I need to purchase uniforms?

If you are a current VA Valor player then you can use your current uniforms.  If you are outside the club then we will send you a link to soccer.com upon registration

All Super Y forms can be submitted through demoshpere when you complete registration

What is the correct age group for my son or daughter? 

 The age groups for Super Y are based on the fall 2022 season.  So if your child is born in 2008 then they are currently playing in the U14 age group but for super Y they will be playing U15 because that is the age group they will be in once the spring season is complete. 

Are players from other clubs welcome? 

Yes – you do not have to be a on a current VA Valor FC team to participate in Super Y
